        I don't visit Madison often. Showed up at opening Sunday morning. The bathrooms we entered after our drive were disgusting. Clearly they had not been cleaned after the previous days use. Stains all over the mall as if the floor had not been cleaned in some time. The drinks purchased from vending were counter top warm. I won't be visiting West Towne on my next journey to Madison.
