        This place sucks it says the atm is open after business hours but thats a lie. I try swiping my debit card outside the door and the door is still locked so disappointed

        A much easier location to get to than the one off King Street as I live on the west side of the Capitol. In Winter, trying to get to the King Street location can be dangerous due to ice build-up from water runoff on the sidewalks going down from the Capitol. I've nearly fallen there a few times several years past.

        Made an appointment online to open an account and invest in some CDs, since rates here seem higher right now than other options in Madison. Charlie was very helpful and patient and the whole process was straightforward. Plus, it seems like several of the staff are bilingual (English and Spanish)!

      Hi Trevor, we apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration. Our ATM on State St. is not currently available after regular branch hours, but we are working on making it available after hours in the future.
