        We had to remove my dad from this place after being neglected. He had dementia. Visiting him one weekend, we found him lying in a bloody bed! When staff was questioned, they said they had contacted a nurse. Waiting for a callback for hours. No medical staff is there on the weekends. Luckily, the blood was due to a hemroid issue and nothing serious. However, the fact that they did not get help sooner and attend to him was too much. Think twice before having your loved one reside here.

        They illegally underpay their employees. The $15/hr I made here obviously was not the $30 and $25/hour I made previously. They really don't care about anyone's well-being, It's just lip service.

        Robin and her team do great work. The atmosphere is great and the staff is easy to work with. Such a great place for anybodys loved ones!!

        Robin Frievalt is the Executive Director here. She has many years experience working with residents to assure they have the best experience and are treated like family. I highly recommend Robin and the staff here at Brookdale Madison West.
