    Working with The brothers main and their service delivery people has been an absolute disaster. The sales rep told us the washer would be installed on left and dryer on right because the model we purchased doesnt allow to change orientation on doors. Does this picture look even remotely acceptable? Any one could see from first glance, this is not acceptable. Additionally, the hoses and water lines are tangled like spaghetti noodles. Looks horrible. Add to that, the techs drained water from the old washer onto our floor and ruined rugs and other items that are so water logged weve had to trash. Should contact legal to get compensated for their damages. One other factor, this company would not install because the techs said the water valve was corroded. They said, we would need to contact plumber to fix. We called a plumber and they said the valves are NOT CORRODED and they have no idea why the techs would even come up with this except to get out of work. Dont plan on doing business ever again with Brothers Main ir their sub par installation crew. Next time, well shop elsewhere.

    Bought all my major appliances for a new home build a few months ago. Couldnt be happier, comparable prices, held onto my appliances till I needed them delivered, 2 separate delivers at no extra cost, great sales people, delivery men were knowledgeable on hooking appliances up! Had a small problem with my microwave although they had someone there to fix it the next week. Thank you Brothers main.

    I faced some issues with my GE appliances but the customer service department made it right. Because of this I plan to be a Brothers Main customer for all my appliance needs in the future!

    I contacted them through their chat feature, and was sad to learn that they do not install dishwashers or microwaves. I'd be disappointed to spend thousands of dollars for a new kitchen set only to discover that Brothers Main can only install half of the items.
