Horrible! Do not waste your time contacting this company. I waited for days with no response other than the part was on its way. Then suddenly, no part, unavailable, no stock. This is all as my food is rotting outside and in the garage because my refrigerator isn't working. I finally looked up the part myself and found out it's available everywhere and then eventually called Adams appliance who had it on his truck and came within hours and replaced it. Call Adams- don't waste your time with this guy.

Called & texted FH on a Sunday night when icemaker started leaking all over floor. I didn't expect a response Sunday night but he texted back within 15 minutes! Said he could come Tuesday but suggested I pull the fridge out and check the supply line for anything simple. Turned out I was able to tighten a leaking compression fitting on the copper water line and resolve the problem in minutes. Very kind and generous of him to suggest a simple home solution before the house call I was expecting, saved us two days of mopping up. Will be the first call I make next time. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Very prompt reply and were able to come out the next day. We ended up finding another company that could come out sooner, so we didn't end up using them, but they were very professional and responsive. I woul onsider contacting them for future needs.

Do not spend your hard earned money on a diagnosis from Full House Appliance Repair. Ben was quick enough to schedule an appointment to look at my 3 year old dishwasher that had stopped draining. When he came out, he gave me a call after about 15 minutes and explained that there was no power getting to the pump. He explained that they could replace the control board, but that may lead to the other control board needing replacement. Once both boards are replaced, the cost is approaching simply replacing the dishwasher. After asking for a quote to replace the boards, he stated "500", "might be more", and "ge makes the worst dishwasher". He had already verbally badmouthed GE dishwashers over the phone and recommended replacing it with a non GE dishwasher. He also suggested looking at Brothers Main for replacements (presumably because he gets a kickback from them). Since he clearly wasn't going to fix my dishwasher, I figured the $90 I paid was the cost of diagnosing the issue, and proceeded to order the parts to complete the replacement myself. All is well, right? Wrong. The new boards did not solve the problem, and in the process I discovered there was a fault code that indicated a problem with the DRAIN PUMP. Upon taking the drain pump out, I discovered a piece of porcelain dishware wedged in the impeller. There's no way that piece of plate got in there after Ben's diagnosis, as the dishwasher hasn't been used since then. A new drain pump is $40, and both new control boards were about $160. For $200 total (it would've only been $40 had the initial diagnosis been correct), I avoided the cost of replacement. At best, Ben doesn't know how to properly diagnose appliance problems. At worst, he knows how to diagnose problems, but he attempts to scam customers out of the $90 diagnosis charge by mis-diagnosing the problem and inflating the price to fix the made up problem (thereby encouraging the customer to just replace the appliance). Save your time and money, check out repairclinic.com to learn how to properly diagnose and repair your appliances. Update: the diagnosis charge has since been refunded. Updated to 2 stars.
