My apartment was move in ready, and beautiful, but moving in the way the apartments are built its hard to find a good place to park a moving truck, we had to walk a nice distance to the door just to move my things in. I have to call maintenance at least 3 to 4 times a month about my heat not working they bought me space heaters who in the hell is going to pay this electricity bill Until they decide to fix the heat this is ridiculous. I am ready to move. And Ive only been here four months

I haven't needed to have many interactions with Town's, but when I do they always help me in a timely manner. They do a great just of answering any questions I have and helping me through any process I need to get through.

I had a problem with my freezer it was making a bad noise I called to have it looked it and the same day with in hours I had a maintenance man there and he was very helpful and explained the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes very good job
