The Continental

Prime location and premium amenities make this place super nice, but beyond that, the property manager is one of the most fair and hospital Ive had the pleasure of dealing with in all my years renting in Madison.

Living at the Continental for the last seven months has been an incredible experience. One of my favorite features of the Continental is its location just blocks from Capitol square and its walkability to downtown Madison. The apartments themselves are beautiful with modern design elements, spacious layouts, and an abundance of natural light. The amenities at the Continental are exceptional. The fitness center offers state-of-the-art equipment while the 10th-floor community room offers panoramic views of the isthmus and lakes Mendota and Monona. The building also offers a game room with a golf simulator. The exceptional management team truly differentiates the Continental from other apartment buildings. Their dedication to resident satisfaction is evident in every interaction, from their quick responses to resident requests to their organization of community events. For those in search of a stunning place to call home in Madison, the Continental is undoubtedly the perfect choice.

Picking to rent at the Continental was an easy decision. There are many apartments in Madison but few none have what the Continental has. 1. Perfect location: 3 blocks from the capital square, 3 blocks from the new East Washington neighborhood, and 3 blocks from James Madison Park. I walk everywhere and enjoy the city of Madison to the fullest. 2. Amenities: the 10th floor is the community room with views of both lakes and the capital. As a golfer, I can't get enough of the simulator which is FREE to use. 3. Quality: Everything here is top of the line. 4. Safety: The building has an onsite security officer during the evening, and we have the latch lock system which is an added level of security. Also, a private underground parking garage. I would highly recommend, The Continental to anyone that wants to experience Madison to the fullest.

Living at The Continental was a dream! The building is beautiful with amazing amenities and an even better location thats central to all of the must sees in downtown Madison. In terms of managing, you will not find better people than Taylor and Abbie. They are so helpful and kind and truly made my own (and Remis) living experience that much better. I absolutely recommend living here and recommend getting to know them both :)

Awesomely spacious and beautiful apartments with super prime location, loved it as our first home away from home , when I moved with family from India to the United States !!
