Im actually really sad to leave. Ive rented here for over two years, and the location is perfect - youre like a 10 min walk from the square and State St, youre a 3 min walk to multiple trails and parks, youre not even a block from the grocery store, I truly walk everywhere. The prices here are super reasonable for downtown living, and most importantly, they dont nickel and dime you. Ive never paid anything other than my rent and deposit. Management is super attentive and responsive, and Jessica, the property manager, is amazing. When I started to look for other apartments, I looked first at T. Walls other properties.

Great place to live in Madison! Management is thorough, professional, responds promptly to questions or concerns, and maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. A grocery store, a park, and tennis courts are directly across the street, too.

Veritas is a great place. Management is very helpful and responsive. Facility is maintained and plenty of conveniences nearby.

I am thoroughly enjoying living at Veritas Village. The staff is responsive and pleasant to speak with. The facility is clean and well run. Preventive maintenance is done regularly in the apartments. I really enjoy living here!

Veritas Village is an incredible place to live and one of the best spots in Downtown, Madison. The property management is second to none, the facilities are always clean, and the amenities are top-notch. If you are a young professional, small family, or elder couple looking for a quiet oasis in this growing city; look no further than Veritas Village if there's a room available.
