Hidden Creek Residences, LLC

As my lease is coming to an end I have nothing but positive things to say about hidden creek residences. Pretty up to date appliances and cabinets, quick response time from management, good and friendly work from maintenance, and its located in an awesome area kind of off the path yet still close enough to stores, gas stations, etc.

Management here is completely horrible. They are super rude and not accommodating whatsoever. First it was a girl named Michelle, now Megan. They put up junk air fresheners that landed me in the hospital, sick as can be. I was told by their property manager Megan that it was only for remodeling the mailroom and that they would stay removed after. Well guess what, a few weeks later and theyre back flooding this complex (AND INSIDE my APARTMENT!!) making myself and my senior kitty even more sick. How sad is this!! They truly dont even care about their residents besides a cheap fruit breakfast annually.

Nice place, but raising my rent about $300 after living here for one year.

Rutta and Megan are amazing leasing managers to work with. They understand our needs and go above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met and then some. The property is very well maintained and in excellent condition. Any company is lucky to have them as employees and any tenant is lucky to have them as property managers.
