Clark Heating & Cooling

Clark Heating and Cooling installed my Bryant modulating gas furnace with DC variable fan in 2014. That furnace has been the best home investment we have ever made for comfort. I remember Keith, the owner, sitting at my kitchen counter spelling out the pros of the furnace; there were no cons except the slightly greater expense compared to a two stage models, but wow, so much more even temperatures in our home and the unit is very, very efficient. They did a great installation. The package of product and installers was worth every cent. Since that time Clark Heating and Cooling has provided annual maintenance at a reasonable pricing--always on time and efficient in their work. I highly recommend them.

Awesome service! I highly recommend. We woke up this morning with no air conditioning. We contacted them, they sent their fixer- Jake Lutz. He evaluated our situation and told us just what was needed. Within 2 hours installers, Jeff & Nate were here. By afternoon our home was cooling

My experience is, unfortunately, limited to several phone calls. Twice now it has been the case that I call Clark Heating, speak to someone and leave a message about what I'm looking for, and then never hear back. In my most recent experience I even called back in a second time to report that I never got a call back. The employee on the phone was perfectly cordial and said that she would get back in touch with the person that was supposed to call me. That was four days ago. At this point it just doesn't feel like they want my business so I'll be looking elsewhere.
