        I actually tried to seek out help for my depression and complex Anxiety and PTSD and I am shocked I got denied HELP so now cause of being declined all the time for trying to seek help I just numb my pain with Tylenol PM so I can sleep during the day and night so I dont have to face the Daily Life Stressors especially dealing with Chronic Pain. Feel more Hopeless that I cant get any help. So now cause of that I just numb my pain with meds
