        While the roof job was done in adequate fashion and the labor was friendly and Josh was quiet friendly at first, all things turned bad when snow cleats were installed on the incorrect side of the house. We both had agreed that there was a miscommunication on both sides his and mine and that he would give us a good deal on the other panels of the house. When I stated that we didn't have the money at the time Josh responded with just call me and let me know. Upon calling back twice to get the cleats put on I was informed Josh was hunting and would call me back and I got nothing but radio silence for a year. I called to inform of this review because I believe that everyone should have a chance at correction but was meet with nothing but anger that I was going to leave a bad review, and told that they should have been put on at the time the roof was done and that because I didn't have the 6000.00 dollars now I am blaming him and its his fault! I don't believe it was his fault(as I stated it was simple miscommunication) I just believe that when he was supposed to step up to the plate, he decided to blame the owner and and become disrespectful and not make the call back. This is a tough review and I don't know how many stars to give as I stated the work was good just not the follow through and the final confrontational conversation. I know I'm the small guy but don't feel that I should be made to feel small and belittled. As you can see by my response by putting blame for some of this on myself and he slanders my wife you can see who your dealing with

      Chad, Our records show we have never worked for you, received a phone call or email from you or anyone with your last name. If you had a bad experience with us please explain. I do see you put another 1 star review out for another contractor who also has no idea who you are. You are obviously putting out fake reviews in the construction field. Clearly you must be a competitor.

      Please ignore the false review. We put a metal roof on Todd's house. As he stated, he was happy with this work. At the time of installation, I told him how important it was to have snow guards put on his house right away to protect the gutters and for safety. The homeowner went against my recommendation and decided not to have them put on at that time. I did provide him with 2 options, a high end and low-end snow guard.At the beginning of winter with his new roof, he was experiencing gutter damage and safety issues at the front door of his home. At that time, he was informed again that damage is happening to all his gutters and a system needed to be put in place. The following winter he calls us back to install roughly 15' of snow guards. He again at that time, was told all gutters needed to be protected. The only confusion during the second installation was between the homeowner and his wife. Prior to installing it, I called Todd on the phone and explained in detail the location of where we would be installing the 15' of snow guards. He said it was correct and to proceed. Once his wife got home, she was not happy and wanted them placed in a different section. Todd called back and tried to blame the situation on us. This was a communication issue between him and his wife. At this point we decided we would not do anymore future work for these homeowners. The reason for this review is because they are experiencing damage to their gutters on their unprotected roof sections. So, when he called this last time, we explained we would not be interested in any continued work. Todd was angry and said he would be writing a negative review against us.
