From the time I walked into the store to the install of my new windows the staff was very helpful. All my questions were answered and concerns addressed. Some people told me that The Board Store is so expensive but I always believe that you get what you pay for. I had 12 casement windows replaced with double hung windows. The crew arrived at 7:30 a.m. and had the install done by 3:30 p.m. the same day. I like the look and quality of my new windows. I am also enjoying the reduction of noise that I can hear from outside.
