We had them come out and check out our water pump in our house. They were great but wasn't able to do anything till the beginning of the week after. I had to get it fixed right away so we got ahold of a different company to get it fixed sooner. I called and cancelled my appointment with them because I found someone sooner but cost more. The guy that answered my call got very upset with and told me he was going to charge me for his time. We got one bill and there was already a late fee on it. I would have gone through them if they could have came out that week. The reason they couldn't come out that week because the guy that was going to repair it was going out of town and I guess it was my fault
