    Raised my rent with absolutely no notice of it which is illegal. Now Im hearing from others in my building that they want to try and force those of us with ESAs to disclose our medical diagnosis for having ESAs or they are going to kick us out. This here violates not only the fair housing act but also HIPAA. We should not have to reveal any medical information to them and then be met with threats of being kicked out. Im to the point Im ready to talk to a lawyer.

    Mom, age 92, has lived here 4 years, and been asked "if she has a ladder" by maintenance. (Sure, in her back pocket). Where is their equipment? Secondly, in MN, everyone MUST receive their Certificate of Rent Paid by January 31st. My Mom was unaware of "rent rebates". I called and staff said we don't mail them unless you ask". UGH.

    They are a horrible place to rent from.. I have been here 2 years cause it hard to find place to afford . . All my neighbors say Im quite no issue they dont even know I am here.. my rent is paid .. every week. Every other theyre putting notice on my door say Im violating this and and it all started after the roof leaked for 2 years and there is mold in the insulation and drywall. I went took pictures cause have attic access and get yelled because Im not supposed to be there ! Not stated in my lease! I asked to move to a downstairs apartment due to medical reason founts filled out dr filled out they wouldnt let it happen cause there is cheap carpet and it snags in my vacuum and pulls it up and starts unraveling it but the blame it on my service dog so bout every week or ever other there an issue . My light bill was over due 66 dollars but overdue wasnt due till 15 2 days away posted 5 day eviction. I have followed rules my bills are paid and this is the harassment I deal with . My income has not changed in 2 years the office person figure it out wrong blam got put on me so . I am have to make payments and pay back 4,000.00 to them .. Do lease renewal in sept get a 5 day eviction I didnt report child support. Yes I did you guys have everything so had to get all that again. The roof need repaired badly the doors leak the windows leak and I dont think anything been updated at all! This is towns edge apartment Elroy wi! My mom car been parked she was in hospital she got there yesterday I can someone there 2 weeks out of year and mo where dose it state they have to fill out application or have a background chk done on them. They complained about my son being there I. And out I have 6 kids 3 are adults but they cant come in and out of my place . Very unfair treatment harassment.. with mold in roof like that insulation and drywall should been moved to different apartment so could be taken care but because my vacuum snag the carpet it not in good condition for me to move even with a dr heath paper!! Im
