One of my employees had a showing yesterday with a lady from this so called management company at 530 yesterday so myself and him arrived at 525 and sat there until 615 pm no one showed called or even returned our multiple calls my employee called this morning and she flat out lied to him said she was there which she was not and that the place was rented I plan to reach out to the property owner and let them know how they are handling the management of propertys Winona community please be aware they wont show up then lie and not return no phone calls very unprofessional

I had a showing at a property and Winona that they currently managed belonging through Kettleman investments out of Galesville, which Which is located at 685 W. 5th St. lady by the name of Lexi just lied and said that she showed up to the property which I have a recording 35 minutes long where no one showed as well as multiple messages and no return call back I would not recommend this company to manage any property in the Winona area, and I will be reaching out to Kettleman investments Do not schedule a time with these people they will not show up and then lie and say they did show up and had multiple showings

Went to see them about a place to rent. Meet with a representative of the company at the apartment that was for rent. She arrived on time and seen the apartment. It was a upper unit,it looked like it was empty for awhile. After looking at it found out why. The bathroom was small and one had to step up on a carpeted square and climb through a square opening in the wall. Once inside the shower stall you could stand straight up for only the first two feet because the roof slanted down. To get to the vanity you had to go around the wall to the next room. The steps up were steep. Even after being homeless for about a year and a half. It was a place to call home. Even th for a year in a motel with strict rules and walls so thin you could hear your neighbors plain as day. So I signed a year lease just like they wanted. Now here it is a year later I opted for a month to month arrangement. The 19 steps up the wood stairs are slippery when wet. If I had a problem in the apartment they respond quickly . The offi ce team was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks me where's the best place to rent from.
