Their corporate office only allows one pharmacist at a time, which cause the longest wait times. Hats off to that pharmacist since they are extremely overworked, but Walgreen's senior leadership sabotage all their efforts.

If they had negative stars, thats what this place would get. Do not ever ever ever calling your prescriptions. Its the worst pharmacy in town, the slowest, the worst communication. Theres nothing I can say good about this pharmacy.

An employee after overtaking me numerous times while I was trying to find out about a prescription Walgreens hadn't filled OR followed up on, actually interrupted me again & said "I'm going to put you on hold so i don't have to listen to this again." It then took me 3xs to find out what she meant by gel vs liquid because again she overtalked me & didn't listen to the question so I could get the prescription order corrected. That is a termination offense in a customer service job but Tammy feels proud & cocky when I asked to speak to her supervisor. I know covid has made it hard to find employees but Tammy is a bad choice for any customer service job. Sorry but when I get the prescription corrected I will be moving all my business to Wal-Mart pharmacy.
