La Crosse Pediatric Dentistry LLC

Worst experience ever! Me and my son went in for his appointment today Monday March 27th 8am. We arrive were back in a chair very quickly the dentist came but never introduced himself was clearly upset already began to grill my 8 year old and ask why he was even there and I could see the hygienist was physically uncomfortable from the whole situation. My son said no they don't hurt now but they did and the dentist became angry and said well what is it then and began to lashout causing my son to shut down and he was clearly upset by the situation so I told the dentist he needed to chill out at which point he started yelling at me and lashing out at me at which point told him he is only 8 you need to chill so he got up and told me well figure out what you need then come get me. But it was very clear what the appointment was for and why we were there. He wouldn't even look unless my son could clearly tell him what was going on even though I explained it. The dentist tried to pin my sons arms down just because he put his hand up to block the light from his eyes that is ridiculous. We walked out without finishing the appointment and when asked if we would like to schedule a new appointment I said no we will never be returning.

I am blown away by this place. I have had some pretty terrible experiences back in Denver, and this was the opposite. From the moment we got there to the moment we left we felt right at home. They took such great care of our kids. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

Funny how they only respond to 5 star comments. My daughter's absolutely loved this place, however my Aunt got sick with cancer and things went downhill very fast. The appointments were definitely not intentionally missed. I called 3 out of the 4 missed appointments to reschedule even!! The final 4th appointment we missed, (yes I understand that's quite a few but sometimes LIFE doesn't give you an option) I called after our appointment and talked to the receptionist to explain we we're on our way to Michigan, cancer had won the battle was over. I had an understanding that we were okay. Today I call to set them up for their yealy exam and I'm told they can no longer be seen there. I am beyond livid with the lack of compassion this business holds. I could understand if the appointments where just blown off and I never called or showed. But that is definitely not the case. The receptionists could care less, zero empathy. I understand business is business but it's clear this one SOLE FOCUS IS MONEY!!!!!!
