It took this company almost an entire year to mail a travel check even after calling several months apart to have it sent. Terrible customer service and our veterans deserve better. Would leave no stars if able.

Horrible VA contractor. Their phones and websites do not perform the functions intended by the VA to support veterans. Changing the name to Optum Serve did not make the service any better. In fact, they provide a disservice.

Three attempts for my C&P telehealth exam. Finally had to drive in traffic for 2 and a half hours to get it completed in person. Horrific experience! There should be media exposure on this.

LHI is the most incompetent company I've ever scheduled appointments with. They constantly choose locations that are either an hr to 2 hrs away all while skipping over locations that can be 15 mins from my home. I've had 4 scheduled appointments on dates I've said I'm unavailable. I'm not going to miss work to go out of my way to an appointment hrs away. I wish the Army would stop using this idiotic company which has to be operated by mindless civilians.
