Dave stuck with us for about a year looking for that "just right" home. He was completely professional, friendly, timely, and very repsonsive to all our needs. He worked out all the closing details and timing perfectly despite a complicated transation of buying a home and selling ours at the same time...which also went very well by the way! Not only was he everything one would want in a realtor, he was quite generous in financial considerations. Unlike many realtors I have encountered, Dave isn't motivated by money or material wealth...he truly wants you to be completely happy in the proccess and will stick with you to that end. My wife and I feel working with Dave was one of the best decisions we could have ever made.
