        I've recently worked with Therese @ Coulee Region Insurance to switch over our home and auto insurance on the recommendation from a friend. I'm known to ask lots of questions (including "what-ifs") and make requests that are non-standard; most in customer service don't like to deal with people like me. However, through it all, Therese has stepped up to the challenge and been more than accommodating! I believe we are now in a policy package that's overall more appropriate for our life/situation. So far so good! Highly recommend.
