        The bed was rock hard, there were about a dozen teenagers in the hot tub at a time all night and they accused us of smoking in the room because they found empty packages. Never again.

      Thank you for your reply. We don't judge on packages found in the room, it's because of the smoke smell in the room and there were three people that witnessed it. Per Wisconsin hotel rules, all hotels are non smoking. We charge to clean and make the room rentable so other guests don't smell it.
