Ive been seeing Dr Ben for a few years now. ABSOLUTELY the best experience every time. Knowledgeable and he cares about people!! Recently was in a nasty car accident and he fit me into the schedule, took x-rays, and went above and beyond to make sure my neck heals correctly. The staff are ALWAYS kind and on top of things. Professional, professional, professional!!! Cant believe it took me this long to write a review.

Was there for appt. But front door locked and dark. Called phone number on door and got answering machine. Didn't get what to do. Doctor came out to find if I had arrived. Appt. Only took 30 mn.

I have been going to Breidenbach for over10 years. He has adjusted and fixed my joints and pains over the years. Working at Menards is so hard on a body. So Ben had his work cut out for him to keep me moving.

I used to come here for occasional adjustments, but the last time I called to make an appointment, all of my information had apparently been deleted and I didn't exist as a client, including all of my previous records of visits. I then gave them all of personal information from scratch, including insurance. They asked if I wanted to be billed through insurance, since they're in my network, so I gave them my ins. card. 20 days later they call me, asking how I will be paying for my outstanding balance today. I explained they were supposed to run it through insurance as they even initially suggested I should try, and then stated they did not have any copies of my insurance, which I provided only 20 days earlier. I decided to just pay the cash cost instead of putting my trust in them running things through insurance, when it seems my information keeps disappearing without explanation. Also be aware that you will be charged an additional $30 on top of your services if you schedule an appt. after not coming in for 3 months. Their services are great, but because of this, I won't be returning.
