They gave a beautiful car with an upgrade. The girls were helpful and friendly.

I reserved a rental for a full size car. Yet when I arrived they gave me a Dodge Ram 1500 TRUCK. It did not have running boards. I could hardly get in and out. I am 5 ft 4 inches. I literally had to slide out! To add more expense to my rental it only got 14.7 miles per gallon of gas. Not ok. (Staff members are kind however. Manager assigned vehicle and left staff to hold the bag so to speak)

We rented a vehicle from La Crosse Reginal Airport. Mae Ann is fantastic!! She was super helpful, super accommodating, kind, knowledgeable, and very personable. You can tell that she takes great pride in the job and also the BEST care of her customers! If I had to rent a vehicle again, I certainly would rent from here just because of her A+ customer service! The vehicle was great and everything went very smooth and quick! Top notch!

The customer service from a women named Elizabeth was horrible. I was mistreated and called inappropriate words from this women. It was very inappropriate and disrespectful.

I have rented from this location for many years at this point. The core staff has always treated me respectfully, honestly and friendly as weve worked though rental adjustments, rate/vehicle options and many other aspects. Weve had many laughs through the years because of the comfort and respect we share mutual after all this time. They always, since my first rental, have seemed to have my best interests in mind. I RARELY ever write reviews (think this is my 3rd one ever) but my acquaintances here at the LSE Airport Budget/Avis deserve the rightful shoutout on how well they run there operations with care and attentiveness. There is no other competing rental car company in the region Id choose in place of this one. They are top notch and deserve your ongoing business as well!
