I was installing a new 75 smart tv and needed a new designated plug. Pete was very responsive, assessed what I needed, respected covid safety, and gave me a fair quote. His associate came & installed the new plug, which involved crawling into the attic to run the new line, and did so in a prompt and courteous manner, cleaning up afterward. He also did a 2 minute fix of another related wall plug so the up & down 3 switches coordinated positions! There was a slight snafu as I was going to pay with cash, had no checks, and finally used my charge card a month later than expected, due to personal circumstances, which included a fair 3.5% service charge. I was grateful for the professional manner everything was handled, highly recommend this local business, and will definitely use their services again if needed. I recently had and exterior outlet installed. They showed up on time and were very professional. They cleaned up and left the work area spotless. highly recommended!!
