        Professional, prompt, thorough, great value and THE EXPERTS! The Dry Guys did water/flood mitigation for our bathroom, which had seeped into a walk in closet and downstairs to another bathroom and office/bedroom. I called to speak with their office and within minutes their project manager called me back and was over within the hour. The next day their team came and were extremely thorough and explained everything regarding what was wet/damaged and what they were doing to mitigate. 3 days with their equipment and they came back today - everything dried out. We hope we never need them again, but if we do - The Dry Guys are our guys! Cannot recommend highly enough. Services: Mold inspection, Flood cleanup, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

        Very nice and respectful people. The cleaner did a good job, but I was expecting a little more in their cleaning. Most stains they couldn't get out, but the rest of the carpet I thought could have been a more thorough clean. He also didn't move much when it says on their site they move (light) furniture. Overall, I wouldn't mind trying this company again because of their positive attitude. I would just be more verbal about what I want done in a job.
