Droprite Tree Service

We recently had a birch tree and the stump removed by Droprite. The crew was fantastic, efficient and professional. When the work was complete its was as if the tree was never there. 10/2/2023

Amazing work. Not kidding. We had a tree resting on an upper deck. If it rolled it would have taken out our new addition. The tree was about 70 feet tall and in a very dangerous situation. Our insurance company was supposed to send someone but we waited and a day later with another storm headed our way, we called Droprite. The owner arrived within an hour of the call. 7 trees in the 60-70 foot range gone in a day. You cannot even tell they were here. So clean, no sawdust ...nothing. If you could have seen how the tree was resting and the area it was in, it seemed impossible to us. We just wanted it gone. The owner of Droprite was so skilled and knowledgeable. it was easy to trust him with the job. I can't imagine why anyone would choose anywhere else.

Quite frankly if I could Id be giving no stars. They cut down my neighbors tree yesterday in Kenosha and I was nice enough to allow them to use my driveway for a little better advantage point to the tree. We gave very strict safety rules we had sue to a concrete patch that isnt suitable for a small car per contractor that checked it. Once everyone left the house they decided that they were gonna disobey what we asked them not to do for safety and liability reasons. Once I got home I noticed they put their stabilizers right on that patch after they were told not to do so. I went and talked with one of the gentlemen and said they needed to back the truck out from that area. They also almost hit my garage with their truck. One of the gentlemen took an Attitude so I asked them to move the truck again and yet the attitude continued. They claimed they were never told anything when they were by 3 different people 2 before they even started working. They moved my stuff without proper consent to do so and I had to clean up their mess after the fact. They punctured a hole in my gas can with what appears to be a chainsaw. They dumped multiple sticks in my pool with no regard. They also pushed my driveway down 1-2 inches with that stabilizer. I will not tolerate any disrespect from your employees when they are on my property. We told them to just pack up and get off since they continued to disobey instruction.

We called them on Saturday and they showed up on Monday. They had the best equipment I've seen. They were very professional and courteous. I couldn't give anything less than a five-star review. The price was right. Definitely would use them again! Service: Tree removal
