I recently downsized from a bigger apartment to a smaller unit with almost no closet space. I found this storage facility from a recommendation of a friend. While moving is never fun, this place made the process less of a headache. The facility is well-lit, seems really clean and is climate controlled, which was super important to me. I liked that they had carts readily available so I didn't have to make so many trips. I was especially impressed by the customer service here. Bob was extremely professional, helpful and patient with me as I had a lot of questions. The prices are comparable and I feel good knowing my belongings are safe and secure. Thanks for the great experience!

Hallways clean, clear. Exterior well maintained. Units described very well so you know what you are getting. Great staff helps answer questions. Bob, manager I think, very knowledgeable and helpful. Compared to other storage experiences I have had over the decades, this place takes it to a human level and not just "give me your money for a room".

Always skeptical about self-storage places. Had a few bad experiences. But I couldn't be happier with Kenosha Self Storage. Clean, organized, safe, secure. The manager, Bob, is amazing. Immediately felt like I made the right choice and so far I could not recommend higher!
