He is very patient, a clear communicator and will go above and beyond to make ready your home for a sale. He is very pragmatic as well. When buying my current home, Mark did not make me feel rushed in any way. As a buyer, we never really knew what we wanted. Mark was able to identify our exact needs. Mark is highly knowledgeable and understands the real estate market. Mark also sold our home in a sluggish marketplace. There were a couple of repairs that were needed and Mark addressed these repair issues expeditiously.

I had a very limited time window surrounding the circumstances involving the purchase of my house. I had one week to put it all together and I had alot of doubt I'd be able to get everything done in that time frame. Mark made it happen. He helped me through everything as i had no idea what i was doing, he helped with the lender, the inspector, the appraiser, the multiple inspections... everthing. I couldn't have done it without Mark and I'm forever grateful for his help and hard work in a relatively short amount of time... i will never forget it thanks man... :) :)
