Now that everything's said and done we can finally write this review! Pete was our buying agent for the last few months and did an absolutely phenomenal job. He never made us feel pressured to buy a house we weren't in love with. He went above and beyond to find something that fit our needs, which was particularly difficult in this market as homes were selling in a matter of 24 hours. When we finally did find a house we wanted to scoop up, Pete immediately set to work drafting our offer and we managed to get our dream house!! He advocated for us throughout the entire process, was very communicative, and just a joy to be around in general. If you're looking to buy a house, Mastermind is the place to go. We couldn't have been happier with the process, especially considering how overwhelming the market is right now.

Pete from the very beginning displayed utmost respect and professionalism and always had my husband and Is best interest in mind. He made our home-selling process smooth and stress free. Pete is very well educated in his profession and it shows. We had our home under contract quickly and from that point on things were smooth sailing.
