This is one of the rudest places I have ever had contact with. I called today looking for an agent. Obviously I got the information from the company's website. The agent no longer works for the company however one of the agents by the name of Angelo Conforti told me that the guy hasn't worked in over 2 years. First question is why wouldn't you update your website then? So as I'm trying to explain to him why I'm looking for this agent he called me you people. He also berated me on the phone and was wondering why I was calling and how I got his phone number. He then hung up on me. I called back again trying to explain I was just trying to get a hold of this real estate agent and I didn't know he did work for the company anymore. He's still rated me on the phone so I ended up hanging up on him. So later on in the evening this guy Angelo Conforti decides to call me back on the premise that he was apologizing to me. He tells me about the agent on how he's filed for bankruptcy and he thought I was from a property management company. I told him he shouldn't be so rude to people on the phone. Especially when he doesn't even know the reason for their call. Then he proceeded to tell me that whatever is listed on his website is his business and I shouldn't say anything about it. If this is the way this guy conducts business I would never want to work with him ever! I have put in a call to the Realtors association and filed a complaint and if I have to I will make sure that everyone knows how rude and unprofessional this real estate agent is. I would use him with caution.
