The worst association i ever seen. If you can stay away from them. They hire very unprofessional contractors to do the job so they collect more money for themselves . Very rude people.

There is no Customer or tenant Relations, In a Down economy Living Pay check to Pay Check this Company wants us to replace the windows in our units becaucse Craked seals. Who has that kind of Money Now ???? Towed my car infront of my Condo Despite haveing No Signage Posted !!!I am guessing they need some operating money so they fine all of us owners. Poor Operation !!!!!

These management company and its staff need to be in jail and not in business at all!!!!Horrible people! Rude and incompetent staff.  Scammers and criminals. I called yesterday with urgent issue in this weather in our home and the receptionist kept hanging up the phone. Three times in a row!  I have heard from people in our building that some of the Board members are paying the manager of the company money to treat residents like this and keep collecting fines that they all share at the end of the day...or people sell their homes from desperation as they can't deal with such bad management and then the latter makes money again (every sale or transaction brings them more money). I called the association few times but the number we were given last year as residents is not even working. So how does one deal with a management company that treats people in this horrible way and acts like street criminals to people who do nothing but pay their mortgages and assessment fees on time... Why is no one looking into this and taking legal action against those people is my question. If anyone wants to start a petition or public legal case please email me at [email protected].
