I dont usually leave a review, but Im really shocked after just hanging up the phone with this company. I was calling to ask some simple questions about previous tenants as a reference check. She no longer manages the property, but wow. I was blown away by how completely abrasive and condescending she was over the phone to a total stranger. Be wary.

Terrible landlord! She does NOT care about her tenants all she cares about is your money! I received no repairs while I lived at one of their places. If a repair was needed, her husband, who isnt a repair man would come and do a sub-par fix. One time, a tree fell in the yard nearly hitting my car and obstructed our driveway. It took her 3 days to even respond and by then, I took care of the hazardous tree. She is a lazy landlord who cannot be bothered to get up and look around for things. I dropped rent once that couldn't be located, but found later, I dropped my keys after I moved out and she said I never did so she was going to charge double rent. Low and behold, she found them and continued to say that it was my fault and I dropped them off late. They have no security cameras in place so it was my word versus hers. Terrible, terrible, landlord. I don't even EXPECT my security deposit back because I guarantee she will make some other bull up. DO NOT RENT FROM MY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

Was approved for property but went to the showing Liza was dishonest tried to rent us what she felt like we deserved. A property packed with junk. Then spoke to us as if we were being evicted from our current property but we are not been here 3 years. Assumed because I am African American I am coming from IL and to add insult to injury she had our income information mixed up with another applicant. She asked a questions and when I went to answer it said I don't have time for excuses!! What a rude person I did not view the property my hubby did because I was in the hospital. If you are black don't call them they will try to rent you trash and act as if you have no other option and that they are doing you a favor. BTW Liza got your condescending email and I don't need luck because I don't have to settle or be discriminated against because you feel some type of way about people.
