This company is terrible, I have a balance of 7,168 dollars on my credit. Even after I had a money order at court to pay what I owe and still leave, they were money hungry said they didnt want it and proceeded with the eviction and getting me all those extra fees and such! They will ruin you from getting any other place, they are disrespectful and dont care about the way the units are or anything its terrible their office is nicer then the apartments trust me! A bunch of money hungry people

Dont believe them when they say they will fix something or that its no big deal. Make sure you record every little thing from floor to ceiling or dont expect your deposit back. Maintenance and electrical problems all the time, LONG response to fix issues, been with out a fridge for over a month. New property manager every other week so you never know who you will be speaking with, if something happens then they can just say they are no longer with the company. Oh, and make sure that you write down every single TINY issue or they will make sure you pay for it out of your deposit.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! Horrible response to any maintenance issues, having a impossible time getting in touch with anyone regarding my security deposit, I have since moved out and they are trying to keep more then half of my security deposit what a joke! I can see why they have a 2 star review... Have pictures of mold, and condensation constantly in my main living quarters and basement... Not to mention if something breaks good luck getting it fixed... Absolutely horrible company!!!

Please do not rent through this terrible company. They evicted us for paying rent 3 days late even after giving them a notice. Not only that, they took our cats from our apartment and we have no idea where they are. BTW, they also have roaches complained about it and they did nothing. But theyre still money hungry and harassing tenants for rent money. Worst property management ever. I shouldve listened to all the bad reviews before deciding to apply with them.
