        I received a referral to contact Mike Mcternan to write a partnership agreement. I took time off of work to meet with him. He said it wasn't an issue and would complete it in a few days. I tried to contact him every few weeks and one time he actually responded and said he would have it done shortly. Of course he didn't do anything and doesn't respond. I would highly recommend finding an attorney who cares and is responsive rather than this person.

        I've won judgements before, but I've rarely converted those judgements into dollars. Mike McTernan does that. Very efficient and thorough. He's not done until you have the check in hand. I highly recommend him for civil claims.
