Im hesitant to review because she did end up comping my service (because of how terrible it was). It was a 2 hour long service that I had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time for. I asked for a simple almond shaped acrylic set with a single color, and because she had to fix one hand three times and soak off her crooked work 3 times, it took 2 hours. She wasnt listening to me when I tried to tell her several times she was filing the wrong direction and making the crooked nail even worse. The shape is sloppy, the polish is chunky and uneven, I came home to find I still had glue all over my fingers and every nail still had jagged pieces of plastic and acrylic under it. She nicked my cuticles several times and the prepping process was very painful. I hate these nails so much, and I have to wait for them to grow out now or go through another several hour long service somewhere else to fix these. This is what I get for straying from my normal nail lady I guess.
