If youre reading this because youre in need of an agent, look no more! I made my first home purchase with Nichole and Im 100% glad I did! Nichole helped me with EVERY step of the process. She made it SO easy on me. I would get confused with some of the online documents I needed to sign and she expanded everything. There were times I needed to fax things urgently and shed transfer it onto docusign so I didnt have to print out paper work and fax it. I bought a house with Nichole in June 2022, as you know at this time there were multiple bids on homes and were extremely lucky to get your offer accepted. Not only did I NOT have to pay over, she negotiated and I payed UNDER asking price and even got more off at closing! Im sure at this point you have friends that say, use my agent, theyre the best!. Im telling you thats not true cause there can only be one that is the best and its Nichole! A+ Thanks for the great experience Nichole!

Nichole was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find a home during the the hard days of COVID. She was always available even during the late night hours when I needed her help and advice. Her knowledge and expertise is why I chose her as my realtor. When we decided to sell our home in Kenosha and purchase a home outside of a city setting in 2021 we were referred to Nichole by our daughter-in-law. It was in the midst of covid and the housing market was blowing up! Nichole did a fantastic job even when we made it difficult for her by deciding to put an offer on a house and then changing our mind. She worked with the other realtor to accept our change of heart and kept us on an even keel afterwards. We were getting desperate after our home sold in 3 days and we couldn't find a home without being out bid. She encouraged us to be patient and she would find the house we wanted well that is exactly what she did. We are so happy, Nichole wrote up a great offer for said house it was accepted and we are in our forever home. You will not regret having Nichole as your realtor.
