I am so happy to have found this place. They have doctors in many different fields at the same location. It is a very welcoming and a convenient experience. They are excellent at what they do, they show extreme patience and compassion. I feel so safe and comfortable with Dr. Museitif because of his knowledge and genuine concern. Dr. Orell Williams is so patient and loves to explain in a way you will understand best. I always leave his office with more of an understanding and all my questions answered. Dr. Cernak is amazing. She is one of the last of her kind of doctor. She is straight forward with the information she gives. With Her knowledge and experience I leave her office confident.

I have had some of my worst experiences with doctor offices at this office. It is where I've tried to take my mom for the last year. There has been constant change and with that has come very poor organization. I have shown up to more than one appointment that was somehow cancelled or moved without being told (and I don't live close). And most maddening, I have had at least THREE experiences where I've called in to have Dr. Ruffalo authorize a prescription to get it refilled, sometimes a week before its needed, and it doesn't get filled in time and a dose is literally missed... a dose of medication prescribed BY THIS DOCTOR, for diabetic management, is missed because, for some unknown reason, Dr. Ruffalo cannot fill a prescription authorization request in time?? I'm more than baffled by this kind of conduct. On top of this, it's not for lack of reminders on my end when this happens, for it usually takes me calling the staff after Walgreens has sent over the request, at least 2-3x, to follow up on what the heck is going on. Some receptionists are better than others at this office, but there are some pretty non-compassionate ones at this office as well, who'd rather defend themselves than solve my problem. I've expressed my dismay, have asked to talk to the doctor, and was told I could put it in a "letter" to the doctor, and was hung up on just today.... for my entire time with this office, nothing has been done to address my concerns, nor is there any interest on their part as to how they could improve the patient experience. Billie Lawler, a nurse practitioner, has been THE ONLY EXCEPTION in this office, at times I've literally felt she's the only one "baling water" out of that sinking ship... I was trying to make it work as long as Billie Lawler was there, but the ability to see her got whittled down to nothing as her hours changed and Ruffalo (who oversaw Billie's work with us) changed the rules on us. You see, my work hours are the exact opposite of Ruffalo's, so it was impossible for me to take my mom to these appointments, so we got permission to see Billie Lawler most of the time as long as we saw Ruffalo once a year. And, like with most things in this office, they changed all of this without any kind of a heads up to me & told me my mom had to see Ruffalo only now. I tried for a year with this office. Wanted to leave many times because I was never impressed on any level with how it's run. But now that we can't even see Billie, I'm done. I've found another PCP office that is already light years ahead of this one.

Dr. Freidlander has taken care of all four of our kids for years. He's great with kids and makes even the most nervous comfortable. From a parent standpoint, you couldn't ask for a better doctor watching over your children. His staff are always helpful and responsive, and he will even return your calls too!
