KC Masonry

Called for an appt to get a estimate, needed concrete pillars on the front of the house repaired, brick replacement and tuck pointing, he said he could do it and we set an appt for the next morning (today) between 7:00-8:00 told me he would call when on his way. 8:00 a car pulls up in front of the house with a guy sitting in it looking at the house, he didnt call so I had to bring the dog in the house and figured by the time I got back he would be at my door. I got back in just in time to see him pull away, that was 4 hours ago. Not sure if the pillars were too much for him or the the building was to high either way it's a poor business practice. Obviously I cant comment on his work but his work ethic seems poor. He could have at least gotten out of his car and talked to me or even called me about why he drove off. I have 2 other estimates from contractors in the area, both showed up on time and am awaiting their written estimates.
