Beware of this place!!!! This place only wants your Title and use it to Extort your money and take your car!!! I took a lone for $550. I paid them $1,450 and my account never seemed to drop. I checked my account online and it was telling me that l still owed over $700!!!! $2,150 for a $550 lone is just a crime!! I called the Kenosha County States Attorneys office and was told not to pay them anymore payments and to seek legal action. They also told me that it was definitely extortion. They were using the fact that they had my title and were getting my money. I called the Kenosha store and spoke with a very ignorant person named Channel who had absolutely no interest in what l was saying and didn't care about the fact that l was going to take legal action. She even told me go ahead and do it. When I tried to talk she hung up on me. I had to contact the TitleMax corporate office and I had a district manager call me and she told me that the way l was treated and hung up on was totally unacceptable. She apologized for Channel's behavior and settled my account. I got my title back. This office and Channel should not be in business!!!! Please take my advice and DO NOT TRUST THE KENOSHA TITLEMAX!!!! You will only be sorry and loose your vehicle because they will just keep raising your payments and you will be overwhelmed with the amount of money you have to keep paying. Nothing but a criminal act being done in this office!!!!!
