Would highly recommend NOT staying here! Bathroom light did not work. Bathroom sink did not work. No hot water. No coffee pot. No washcloths. Kleenex box was empty. Pillows were like blocks of concrete. Front desk staff was incredibly rude. I ask for a copy of my receipt and she told me they do not provide receipts. Rolling her eyes at me. At 3:00 AM I had to call the front desk as people were having a party in the hallway outside the room. The absolute worst place to stay that I have ever encountered. Rooms: TERRIBLE! nothing worked and was so loud.

My daughter is staying here while in town. The more days here the less she like it. The room is just not clean. The bathroom is old and moldy. Fan comes on randomly and is very loud.

Broken toliet and they had no one to fix it so we had to use our other party bathroom

The updating is done extremely poorly. Looks very messy with paint spilled all over. The furniture is so large takes up all the floor space. The service was unprofessional and disorganized. It seemed like there was maybe a system issue but the employee at check in kept claiming that it was the booking services fault to the 3 guests in front of me. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was way worse and the sides were brown.
