I came here yesterday for a TRIM of my dead ends only. The lady I worked with was very nice and pleasant; However, she snuck one on me . I specifically asked for for a TRIM ONLY, but she decided she wanted to wash my hair and blow dry it herself, which was fine (we talked about that via text), okay. But to add on a deep conditioning treatment under a moisture steamer was extra. I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS. $85 for a TRIM ONLY appt really left a bad taste in my mouth. Thats literally almost 4x the amount anyone will pay for a trim. Yes I couldve said something. But Im really not thinking or expecting a hair professional to sneak other services on/ im expecting to get exactly what I asked for. So no she didnt listen to her customer, she decided to do her own thing. And not to mention cutting off WAYYYY too much off my ends leads me to say I will never visit this place again. Sorry, Not sorry.
