        Ok, I went in twice with a 4x8 trailer. Went up stairs on back of tower told the operator what I was doing and needed 1 ton of asphalt. You leave your credit card with him he has you pull under the hopper to the center of your trailer. He opens hopper a scale is on the face of tower to let him know how much he has loaded. You get a green light pull out to the tower run upstairs and you check out. Receipt is down below in what looks like a tan mailbox. That's it - Really easy - hope this helps.
