I cant recommend ECP enough! We are so, so grateful for the village that makes this center run! From the front desk to the director, and every single person in between theyre all incredible. Weve unfortunately been through a fun run of centers between our kids, and I cant tell you how refreshing it is to have finally found a place we love and trust. The facility itself is beautiful and clean, and extremely secure. The teachers are simply amazing and truly care for our littles. The technology they use and constant updates throughout the day make me feel like Im never missing a thing. Youre always greeted with a warm smile upon entering; it sounds so trivial, but to me that matters. Get on their wait list - you will NOT regret it!

The front desk of lady answer the phone was horrible. First she talked too fast and nobody could follow her up. Secondly, I want to make an appointment for a tour and she said they didn't accept the tour and also after one minute let me hold the phone about five minutes nobody talk to me and I recalled her and she said I asked you hold it but you hang on. I asked few questions about my three years old kid go to school but she didn't answer my question and said didn't understand. My question was which day should my kid go to the school? I repeated 10 times maybe but didn't understand it. I have no words for the lady. Which day your school open for kids and she said she didn't know now until January. I just quite here.

We did a walk through on Dec 2nd. We loved the place and decided to enroll our son. He was not due until February and we did not need daycare until middle of June. We were told there would be an opening at this time. We began reaching out to the person in charge of enrollment the middle of December by email. I had a previous email chain and reached out via their general email on their website. After no response, I contacted the facility and was told she had surgery and she was the only one who could deal with enrollment. I was told all emails go to this person. A couple more weeks go by and unanswered emails so I call again. Now she is out due to personal reasons. (I hope everything is okay) However, how do you not have a secondary person who can help with enrollment, enrollment questions or respond to emails. It is now February 23rd and I still have not received a call or email. I was very much looking forward to our son going to this facility even though this facility was more expensive than any of the other locations we looked at. I had heard amazing things about this place. This has not been a good experience and we will have to go with another daycare.
