***update 4/20/23*** Maybe google refuses to take down my review because ITS NOT FAKE. If i were writing a fake review, i wouldnt have given you 3 stars and said the work was done nicely. I was very honest about my experience with your company. The work was fine, the communication from your end was not professional. You further prove your poor communication practices by waiting three years to acknowledge my review. The work was done nicely and quote was reasonable for sure. It took a long time for them to complete the slab however. They also made a mistake and forgot about the location of a service door so now we are stuck with a permanent step that we have to step over everytime we go in and out of the garage. We were given excuse after excuse for the first 2 months why the work wasn't progressing. They did leave a mess in our yard as well. I see another reviewer had the same issue. Also the owner tried to ask for more money after the job was done because of extra gravel he ordered which did not get used and a tree issue which was communicated before signing of contract. Ummm why would i pay you MORE than you quoted me? That was your mistake dude.

Rushed job. Unfortunately, no taping off/prep work was done...concrete splattered where it shouldn't have...we are still trying to clean/chip off if possible. Steps look okay from afar but finish work a bit sloppy. Framing was taken off before concrete set. This caused the step to lose form, shift & is not level. He even admitted he wanted to squeeze our job in to get caught up with work. Also stated he was in a hurry to get done & go to the Renaisance fair that day. Not what a customer wants to hear. The guys hosed down concrete at curb...it built up in front of our neighbors & at drain. We had to go out & clean that up. Paid way too much for a rushed & unprofessional job.

Eric provided a reasonable proposal/quote for my patio. A date was set quickly and the job was completed professionally by his crew!

I must say Ross Construction did a fantastic work on my garage foundation & than came back following yr to finish my driveway when I was ready, been a year & half & still look awesome, everything is settling very nicely.. I totally recommend Ross Construction !! 5 stars Ty Ty again Mr Ross & Crew !! Services: Foundations, Concrete driveway building
