Kids Castle

2/3/22 - Update: We still LOVE Kids Castle! We have participated in summer camps and school age programs and still would HIGHLY recommend! *********Previous review**** So happy we made the switch to kids castle! Admin team is great and responsive. You can tell everyone is focused on the growth and care of the children, not just a rating on a scale or an extra dollar. My son loved the 4k program with Mrs. Cheryl, and I can't say enough about the tot program, besides I wish we could have started sooner! These teachers are so passionate and take the time to make everyone feel comfortable and involved. The summer camp is awesome! Field trips all the time, swimming every day, just awesome for busy body kids! Take a tour you'll see what I mean!

I would not bring your child here unless you are okay with them getting injured and not being notified. If your child is 2.5 or older, you don't have much to worry about, as I have never had an issue. My child talks very well for their age and comes home telling me things that happen in the classroom, and the office is aware of the problems and just puts them off. I loved when they were in the baby room and loved Ms. Sarah in The toddler room. I just wish my baby was in a safe and nurturing environment his whole time at the center. I have heard other teachers talking about the teacher that my 2-year-old was in, and the things they were saying lined up with my child's stories. Please be aware if you have a two-year-old and plan on enrolling them at this establishment!

We have been at Kid's Castle for almost two years. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming! Teachers are knowledgeable and have always been kind, caring and really helpful with my fussy toddler. My one year old at the time had trouble eating solids and while going to feeding therapy they went above and beyond to help us overcome those issues. Definitely a clean, safe and healthy environment! Wouldn't take my child anywhere else!

Such a great place. My son goes to their after school program and they do an awesome job. Their facility is really nice and everyone is friendly. I called them about a week ago and requested info on how to reflect my payments on s split account. My schedule is super busy and by the time I'm usually off they are closed. Under the assumption I'd have to go in to get print outs I was scheduling to get off early to do so but received a call. It was them asking about the payments and following up with me. Awesome service. Even went a step further and are helping fix the issue so payments could reflect who's paying. Having an fsa account at work this is super important to turn in receipts or statements with your name. Hands down one of the greatest programs and staff out there.
