If we wouldve just gotten a refund even Half at the very least an apology, and not made me feel like I was over exaggerating being burned, then I wouldve let this go. Unfortunately, this is recent. This is my personal experience. The first one is my reference picture of the second is my hair there were two different sessions one I left with orange highlights The first session which wasnt even remotely close to what I wanted and the second session I left with a chemical burn with again not even and Im sorry but that this happens to everybody and even her because she gets her fingers burnt all the time which I understand that, but you should not be burning your clients. Also, she never checked if my hair lifted in either sessions, which is why I got burnt the second session. At first, Liz was very nice until we asked for a refund then things got unprofessional.
