Hi Sabrina,I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience here. Unfortuantly being a small family owned business we run into issue where we are not open per normal hours. We had some illnesses in our family last week that caused some delays and our appoligies on not communicating as we should have, but it was a hectic time. Unlike many other business, most of our customers have our personal numbers and we accommodate answering calls all hours of the day and night and completing jobs as well during closed hours. What you forgot to include in your above post, was that When we scanned you car to see why your check engine light was on, the codes that came up were missfires which are all relate to needing a tune up, not relation to the cat converter that we installed. You were made aware back in February that your car needed a tune up and that if this wasn't done that your new catalytic converter would go bad again sooner than later. You also forgot to include a picture of the original Catalytic converter from the day it was installed (it didn't look anything like what the picture you are posting does). You know as well that it was brand new and looked like a brand new one should. In regards to your cost comments, Catalytic converter jobs are very much expensive and what you stated you paid is very fair. Not to mention that we worked with you on lowering the cost at time of payment when you expressed concerns with the cost. The most important piece of information that you forgot to include was that you brought your car to another shop and the parts we installed that were under warranty were fabricated and cut. I assume you are aware, but I will remind you that we can not warranty parts that you have had someone else do work on. However, we were still going to work with you the best we could and fix their mistakes. I appoligze that we did not communicate as we should have and we can't satisfy everyone. But, I can assure you that we are the last people to rip anyone off and say we are installing new parts and not. So your accusations in that regard are false. We encourgage everyone to post reviews about their experiences, but please do not leave bits and pieces out if you decide to do so.Thank you!
