Making the decision to change insurance companies after nearly 30 years was difficult. However, after decades of loyalty, the unacceptable lack of customer service exhibited by our former carrier forced us to consider change. We had disregarded comments made by office staff in the past, but we couldn't overlook how we were treated after an auto accident which wasn't our fault. Fortunately, we contacted Pam Geiger at Vizance during our research. She was able to explain in non-insurance terms what homeowners, umbrella and vehicle insurance best met our needs. With her assistance, we're now certain that our assets are properly insured! It's much better to understand what coverage is being purchased and to be able to ask necessary detailed questions to ensure there are no surprises in the unfortunate event that making a claim is necessary.
