Seasons at River View

I lived at Seasons at Riverview from May 2023 - May 2024. My review is only on the Assistant Property Manager not the facility itself to be clear. Taylor Devine was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns and always was very helpful and very pleasant. Taylor is a true professional and great at what she does! Thank you Taylor!

I have been living here for over a year and half now. I will enjoy living here. The property is clean and well maintained. My unit is large and incredibly open and spacious and is quiet. I walk around the property and feel safe doing so and folks are nice and friendly too. Maintenance requests have always been managed in a timely manner. Great amenities too with the Club house and Pool.

Absolutely beautiful! Amazing location, its close to everything but set up so it feels like your out in the country. The staff are all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Amanda is the friendliest and most attentive person to have managing your property. She is understanding and personable and pays close attention to detail. I loved being able to know that our unit and property were well taken care of under her watch.

We have lived here for over a year and half and have loved our time here. The facilities are really nice, especially the clubhouse and gym. The office staff and very kind and helpful. Our apartment is very big and furnished with luxury finishes that make it feel nice and upscale. Absolutely love the in unit laundry as well. Lastly, the community is very kind and we appreciate how quiet and safe it has felt living here. Lastly, love that our apartment faces west and we get the best sunsets!
